Shubhi Agarwal is a co-founder of Naya Sawera Gurgaon Foundation and a qualified Chartered Accountant (2014 batch). She brings heart, empathy, and hands-on leadership to the organization.

She believes education is not just about academics, but about building confidence, character, and hope. With a strong focus on holistic development, she emphasizes the equal importance of games and co-curricular activities, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Bindu Rani is a co-founder of Naya Sawera Gurgaon Foundation and a qualified Chartered Accountant (2014 batch). The idea to start the NGO came from her inner calling to give back to society by dedicating a part of her earnings, guided by her spiritual beliefs.

Actively involved on the ground, she is often a point of support for children, parents, teachers, and volunteers. She is also the quiet strength behind the foundation’s values and systems. She believes that education, discipline, and dignity can truly change a child’s life, and her work reflects a balance of structure and compassion, rooted in honesty and transparency.
